We provide mattresses for all exercises
Changing room and shower available before and after classes
Please ensure that the mattresses are disinfected after class so that the next practitioner can find a suitable environment.
2 / Booking and payment
Payment is always made to the instructors, the studio only provides the room for the instructors.
You can only book online.
Instructors accept a 24-hour cancellation period
